MzansiPlay respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Account details (email or cellphone number), gameplay progress (levels, Coins, streaks, referrals) and — only if you request an EFT payout — your full name, ID number, banking details and an ID selfie for verification.
To create and secure your account, run the games, prevent fraud and multi-accounting, and pay out airtime or EFT rewards.
We never sell your information. Verification and payout data is shared only with the payment or airtime provider needed to complete your reward.
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. ID documents are kept in private storage that only you and our verification team can access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing. Contact support@mzansiplay.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
